Shopware monitoring that alerts you before your customers notice.

ShopSignal watches uptime, servers, the message queue, error logs, SEO and revenue for your Shopware 6 stores. You install one plugin per store. Each store then gets a health score from 0 to 100, and when it drops, you get a message.

Shopware 6.5 to 6.7· GDPR, DPA on request· Set up in 5 minutes· One plugin, no agents

Without monitoring, you hear about it last

The data is there: server panel, Search Console, an uptime checker, the Shopware log. Nobody opens all of them every morning, though, and certainly not for twelve stores.

Too many tabs

Each tool shows one store and one slice of it. Nowhere can you see at a glance whether something is on fire right now.

☎

The customer reports the outage

A customer emails "your checkout is broken". Your tools stayed quiet, because the homepage still loads.

↘

Revenue dips show up late

After a deploy, fewer orders come in. Usually nobody notices until the monthly report.

Every store on one heatmap

Each tile is a store. Its color comes from the health score, which takes in infrastructure, queue depth, errors, security and uptime. If everything is green, you can get back to work.

  • ✓ Sort by health, revenue or last incident. The problem stores go to the top.
  • ✓ Hover a tile for the key numbers, click to open the store.
  • ✓ Amber and red tiles name the reason, like a full disk, an expiring PHP version or a queue backlog.

One health score per store, and you can see how it is built

The score runs from 0 to 100 and combines four areas: security, performance, queue and infrastructure. When it drops, you see which area pulled it down.

Shopware monitoring FAQ

Uptime and response times, SSL certificates, server health (CPU, memory, disk, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis), the message queue, error logs, SEO via Google PageSpeed, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, plus revenue and orders. From that we calculate one health score per store.

Create an account, pick a plan, and your 14-day trial starts. Connecting your first Shopware store takes a few minutes. You are only billed when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.

In your Shopware admin, open Settings → System → Integrations and create an integration. Paste its Access Key ID and Secret Access Key when you add the store. That is all it takes to start monitoring.

Uptime and SEO monitoring already work with the API credentials. The free plugin adds server health (CPU, memory, disk), PHP-FPM, MySQL and Redis status, and revenue and order numbers.

Yes, the plugin supports Shopware 6.5 to 6.7. Shopware 5 is not supported.

Payments run through Stripe, monthly or annually. Paying annually gets you two months free (about 17% less). All prices excl. VAT.

Yes, from the billing page. Stripe prorates the difference. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. There is no minimum term.

We are a German company and use your store data for monitoring only. We do not sell it or pass it on. Credentials are stored encrypted, traffic runs over TLS, and you can get a GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.

Anytime. Removing a store from the dashboard permanently deletes it and all of its monitoring data.

Connect your first store. It takes about five minutes.

Free for 14 days. You are only billed after the trial, and you can cancel before then.
